About Us

  Texas Properties Group is a brother and sister act that grew up in the big city of Heidenheimer,Texas in a farm and ranch environment. Micki was the president of the FHA and Michael of the FFA at Academy High School. Michael was the captain of the football team and Micki was a cheerleader. Our humble but eventful beginnings gave us many core values that we live by today. Being honest and working hard along with placing family first will always be our mantra. The rest seems to fall into place with those priorities set.

Michael's Bio 

I grew up embracing and enjoying ranch life working along side my dad Billy Bob. After high school I attended Tarleton State University where I earned 2 letters on the football team as a place kicker and defensive back. I then transferred to Baylor where I received my degree in education. I've always loved to write and perform music in multiple genres and spent the next 20 years in pursuit of that dream in Nashville. I've had the honor of having my songs recorded by country legends like George Jones, as themes for great events like Rodeo Houston, on soap operas, various TV shows, and by other country and gospel artists. I also married my wife Angela during that time and we have 3 children; Rivers 2, Hallie 4, and Wolf 15. I'm to proud not to tell you that Wolf is the reigning AAU National Champion in the decathlon.  Now back home in Texas I've found a great fit for my skill set in real estate. It's a creative job that requires my people skills and leadership ability. I love people, enjoy the story each relationship tells and how it enriches my life. The next years are the most exciting for me. I've always got new friends I haven't met yet. That's as good as it gets.
